Boston, Mass., June 15, 2016 – BBK Worldwide, an industry leader in patient recruitment and engagement technologies and services, will share key insights on mHealth and other patient engagement trends at the DIA 2016 52nd Annual Meeting, to be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, June 26-30. The company will unveil and demo its comprehensive mobile app platform, which allows any clinical research or healthcare organization, including sponsors, CROs and advocacy groups, to utilize custom mobile apps in weeks instead of months, and at a small fraction of the cost of in-house development.

On Monday, June 27 at 4:30 p.m. EDT, BBK will host the Innovation Theater presentation “Reimagining the Patient Experience through mHealth Technologies.” Newly appointed BBK President Matthew Kibby and Be the Partner CEO Thomas Klein will discuss the ways in which mHealth is facilitating new and improved engagement and communication between all study stakeholders, including patients, family caregivers, physicians, site staff and sponsors. New efforts to ensure that trial participants have access to study data and its collective impact on clinical research within new 21st century care models will be discussed.

Under the theme, “Enhancing the Patient Experience,” the BBK booth will showcase its latest technologies through live demos, video and via Virtual Reality (VR) readers.
