Account Executive

The account executive is responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the development and implementation of our clients’ campaigns – from communicating with clients about recruitment strategies, enrollment objectives, materials development and approval, and the results of tactical implementation, to leadership and coordination of campaign teams and department specialists (e.g., creative, research, production, etc.). An ideal candidate possesses strong operational, communication, and critical thinking skills. A four-year college degree is a requirement. Two to five years of healthcare marketing experience or clinical research experience or similar is a plus.

Account Coordinator

The account coordinator contributes to and coordinates team members’ and specialists’ activities related to the development and implementation of our clients’ campaigns. This person provides day-to-day operational support, such as attending internal and external meetings and client phone conferences, coordinating the timely completion of the work of BBK specialists, and maintaining schedules, critical paths, and project budgets within BBK’s project management system. An ideal candidate possesses strong operational and communication skills. A four-year college degree is required. Two years of healthcare marketing or clinical research experience or similar is a plus.

Clinical Research Site Support Specialist

The site support specialist manages activities related to the training and support of study site staff (the physicians, nurses, and medical and administrative staff who are conducting the clinical trial) in implementing the marketing communications programs designed for them – programs such as patient travel coordination, patient expense reimbursement, marketing activities, and best practices for communicating with patients about study opportunities.

An ideal candidate possesses strong operational and communication skills – both written and verbal – with a clear team mentality. A four-year college degree is preferred. Healthcare marketing experience and/or clinical research experience or similar skills are a plus.

Graphic Designer / Art Director

This position develops and supports high-quality advertising and promotional activities for both agency and clients, working with creative directors, copywriters, and art directors to turn healthcare strategies into compelling campaigns that speak to multiple audiences across all advertising media. An ideal candidate has two to five years of experience (healthcare communication a plus), a diverse portfolio of direct, print, and web experience (broadcast also a plus), and strong presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and clients. He or she has an undergraduate degree in art, design, or a related field of study, and is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Copywriter

Our copywriters develop campaign strategies and materials that resonate with patients and medical professionals, keeping our clients’ clinical trials top-of-mind and creating a strong call to action for potential study participants. By mastering an understanding of the specific target audiences for each campaign, the copywriter works with the art director and creative director to concept and develop multifaceted campaigns involving a wide range of outreach and collateral materials that produce results in promoting global clinical trials to patients and physicians, and that promote BBK Worldwide to clinical trial sponsors. An ideal candidate possesses solid written communications skills, the ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment, and a four-year college degree. Two to five years of healthcare marketing experience is a plus.

Marketing / Public Relations Specialist

This position contributes to and assists in coordinating activities related to the development and implementation of corporate marketing efforts, as well as select projects associated with the expansion of BBK’s offerings. Specifically, the specialist creates and supports the creation of corporate marketing materials such as, but not limited to, press releases, blog postings, social media activity, digital advertising, conference coordination and management, and corporate collateral. Research and Analytics Specialist

The research and analytics specialist provides strategic insight and direction on how research findings and data analysis can and should be applied to specific patient recruitment programs. An ideal candidate would have experience with performing and managing a variety of research projects, as well as researching vendors, and reviewing and analyzing data reports. An ideal candidate also would have a four-year college degree; experience in the healthcare, clinical development, and/or marketing communications industries; client-presentation experience; and a highly collaborative mindset.

Studio/Production Manager

The studio/production manager leverages his/her ability to both innovate and implement in the shepherding of the complete range of creative and advertising deliverables from concept to fulfillment. The manager will work alongside the creative director in managing creative department capacity and flow, as well as integrate throughout the creative development process a wide range of production concerns to achieve optimal results within tight timeframes and budgetary parameters. The studio/production manager provides direction for vendor selection and management, recommendations for creative and production approaches, and contributes to enhancing systems and processes for integrating all of these concerns. An ideal candidate possesses strong operational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Experience with managing creative staff and with a wide range of advertising tactics and print materials is required. Knowledge of Creative Suite is a plus, as is a four-year college degree.
