Marketing / Public Relations Specialist

We are expanding our corporate marketing department and looking for a marketing/public relations specialist. This position contributes to and assists in coordinating workgroup members’ activities related to the development and implementation of corporate marketing efforts, as well as select projects associated with the expansion of BBK’s offerings.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and operational skills, and enjoys a collaborative team environment. A four-year college degree is required. Two years of healthcare industry-related marketing communications experience or similar is a plus. Public relations experience preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with team members on the strategy and planning of corporate marketing efforts and related projects, including identification of key performance indicators.
  • Creating and supporting creation of corporate marketing initiatives and related materials – such as, but not limited to, press releases, blog postings, social media activity, digital advertising, conference coordination and management, corporate collateral.
  • Managing initiatives and triaging and supporting the processing of responses.
  • Conducting performance analyses of marketing initiatives and implementing resulting optimizations.
  • Assisting in day-to-day operational support as part of the marketing team, such as attending internal and external meetings and client phone conferences, preparing agendas and call reports for meetings, circulating materials for review and approval, and maintaining schedules, critical paths, and project budgets within BBK's project management system.

Media Strategist / Planner

We are looking for a driven media professional with the experience and talent to provide insightful strategic direction on how media can and should be applied to garner measurable and qualified direct response. The ideal candidate would have healthcare marketing experience, a highly collaborative mindset, and experience with and interest in all types of direct-response media, heavily focused on digital strategies with additional experience in broadcast and offline mediums a plus.

Eligible candidates will have a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of and experience with planning tools including ComScore, SEM Rush, etc. Both critical thinking skills and good communications – both with teams and clients – are a plus, as is a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or liberal arts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a media planning and analysis specialist for both client campaigns and BBK business development efforts.
  • Develop and present media plans and reports to internal BBK teams and clients.
  • Convert target audiences into demographic profiles that can be researched and/or purchased through media.
  • Establish metrics for measuring the success of each media program.
  • Evaluate media plan performance against objectives and assess overall effectiveness with an understanding of how to leverage the results for future planning efforts.
  • Maintain working relationships with media vendors, while pushing them to meet timelines and campaign objectives.
  • Provide qualitative review of media vendors and vendor recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and analysis of new media products.

Advertising Account / Campaign Coordinator

We are expanding our client services department and looking for a campaign coordinator. The campaign coordinator contributes to and coordinates team members' and specialists' activities related to the development and implementation of global and domestic client campaigns. Advertising Account Executive / Campaign Manager

We are expanding our client services department and looking for an account executive / campaign manager. The campaign manager is responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the development and implementation of our clients' campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses strong operational, communication, and critical thinking skills. A four-year college degree is a requirement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating with clients about recruitment strategies, enrollment objectives, materials development and approval, and the results of tactical implementation.
  • Leadership and coordination of campaign teams and department specialists (e.g., creative, research, production, etc.) involved in the development and implementation of global and domestic campaigns.
  • Presenting BBK's patient recruitment programs at domestic and international meetings attended by the medical professionals who conduct our clients' clinical trials, and training the attendees on patient recruitment marketing communications tactics and strategies.

Art Director

We are looking for a talented individual who is innovative and passionate about their work and about achieving results – a creative who can spin healthcare strategies into compelling concepts that speak to multiple audiences across multiple advertising media, with a primary focus on eliciting a direct response.

The ideal candidate has two-to-five years of experience (healthcare communication is a plus), a highly collaborative mindset, and a diverse book of direct, print, and web experience. He or she is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, has an undergraduate degree in art, design, or a related field of study, and is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Concepting and designing multifaceted campaigns involving a wide range of outreach and collateral materials designed to generate a direct response.
